Canadian Society of Association Executives Recognizes Mario Crespi

Toronto, September 14, 2010 – The winners of Trillium's 2010 Chapter Awards were announced at the annual gala event at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. The Service Excellence Awards recognize one business member and one executive member who have demonstrated significant contributions and commitment to CSAE and the association management profession. Recipients are selected based on four criteria-involvement, leadership, innovation and achievement.

Mario Crespi, Partner, BCS Group received the Business Member Service Excellence Award.

"Mario has dedicated many years to Trillium Chapter as a member of the Communications Committee, writing dozens of articles on events and professional topics for our quarterly publication Forum. He has never shied away from accepting assignments, without personal recognition for the work that was accomplished. Mario is a partner in the BCS Group, a firm specializing in magazine publishing and corporate marketing and communications. At the same time, he serves as executive director of Canadian Institute for Mediterranean Studies, a learned society devoted to the study of Mediterranean culture and civilization.
